Shipping policy

We sell gear sourced through partner makers on Shopify Collective and similar arrangements. Your order may ship from more than one workshop.

Processing
Most items leave the maker within 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed. You will receive tracking when the shipment is in transit.

Delivery
Transit times depend on the item and destination. For U.S. ground shipments, delivery is typically 3–7 business days after the package ships. Faster options, when available, appear at checkout.

Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and which partners fulfill your cart. Multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages. You pay only the shipping amounts shown at checkout.

International
We ship where Shopify and our partners allow. Duties, taxes, and customs fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

Delays
Weather, carriers, and customs can delay a package. If tracking has not moved for several days past the estimate, email mikerags555@gmail.com with your order number.

Address accuracy
Confirm your shipping address before you pay. We cannot redirect a package once it is with the carrier.
